Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Contact us at support@snooziepets.com with your order number. Our team will approve the return and provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and with tags (if applicable). Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes, a $15 administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@snooziepets.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest solution is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation by email. Funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days — though your bank may need additional time.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our return procedure.

Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and ship your order.

Standard free shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days.

Yes, all packages are shipped with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order has been dispatched.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia.
